Banana pancakes from scratch, oh boy!

This morning/afternoon it is banana pancakes which I eat a lot of during the fall and winter.
I start out with a cup and half of whole grain flour a pinch of salt 3 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 egg, one cup and 1/4 of whole milk, one teaspoon of agave nectar and one teaspoon of sugar in the raw (liquid).|

Mix well until smooth, cut your banana into slices and add it to the mix and in the meantime grease your griddle with butter on a paper towel and wait for it to get hot but not too hot or the pancakes will burn and I’ve had plenty of

flip the pancakes when they are light brown and flip em on your plate add butter and syrup and you are good to go.
preparation time 10 minutes, cooking time 5 minutes depends on your griddle.

Oh boy what a plate of flapjacks, griddle cakes or just good o’le pancakes!
Now it’s time to take a nap cause these griddle cakes have worn me
